 Workshop on capacity building in Leadership

TEACHER < = > LEADER

Since we are meant to be teachers to the school students, we must be a Leader who leads them throughout their school life. The Capacity Building Programme was very much effective to every one of us. Though the first part i.e. the presentation session made us think the workshop would be boring but later comes the real play. The sessions included are games requiring much concentration, role -  plays etc. As the whole 102 students were divided into four groups, it rose our competitive spirit in ourselves.
